What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings controlled areas parking locations and perimeter points remaining aware of varying environments and conditions across the site.
• Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials observing for unusual behavior and following post orders related to restricted areas and sensitive operations.
• Support incident response and security-related reporting by preparing clear written logs maintaining post documentation and assisting with response coordination during operational disruptions and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related law enforcement and/or military experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
