Registered Nurse - Med-Surg

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 0645-1915, with a 1:5 patient ratio.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our 14-bed Med-Surg unit. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with various medical conditions. As a vital part of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care plans, and administering medications.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient health status and liaise with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatments.
• Document patient care and progress accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• Previous experience in a Med-Surg setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
