Responsibilities include directing daily operations, managing personnel and financial resources, and ensuring quality patient outcomes across diverse age groups. Under general supervision, the manager ensures efficient clinical activities, evaluates services and equipment, and maintains compliance with standards. They lead performance improvement initiatives, coordinate educational activities, and facilitate effective communication within the department and with other services. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate radiology services to meet patient and departmental needs. Oversee scheduling, supply acquisition, and clinical organization to deliver accurate patient care. Administer performance improvement activities to uphold quality standards. Support ongoing staff education and promote continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Minimum three years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume radiology setting. Proficiency with radiology equipment and concepts, with certification eligibility by ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Licensure by recognized radiologic technology certification boards and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
