Pediatric Physical Therapist

Kenny Rogers Children's Center is recruiting a full-time Physical Therapist to provide pediatric therapy services to children with special needs from birth to 21. The center serves over 600 children in Southeast Missouri. Job Description Screen and evaluate children using standardized tests, clinical observations and caregiver inquires. Establish & implement individualized treatment program including child’s history, strength, weaknesses, therapeutic interventions & goals. Reassess the child’s performance on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment program accordingly. Consult and educate caregivers to enhance the implementation of the treatment program. Participate as an active member within a multi-disciplinary team. Provide accurate and timely documentation (daily, monthly & annual evaluation & discharged summary). Participate in on-going continuing education to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
