This correctional facility delivers clinic-based primary care services within a secure clinical environment. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, supported by on-site support staff. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served.

The area offers a range of cultural, historical, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Notable landmarks include the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Franklin Institute, alongside distinctive destinations such as Eastern State Penitentiary, the Mutter Museum, and Philadelphia's Magic Garden. Clinicians on assignment may also explore the area through food tours, immersive experiences, and outdoor spaces such as Penn's Landing and Love Park.

The Internal Medicine physician will provide clinic-based primary care services in a correctional facility setting, working weekend shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary and chronic care conditions for the patient population served. The clinician will work collaboratively with on-site support staff to facilitate efficient clinical operations. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
