Schedule: Monday - Friday; variable hours
Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 24
- Contract Weeks: 13
Requirements:
- Must possess an Occupational Therapist license.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Enhance, participate, and support patient care with a focus on quality and safety.
- Treat patients in accordance with Occupational Therapy Practice Guidelines under physician referral.
- Collaborate with other departments in an interdisciplinary manner to provide quality care.
- Conduct treatments primarily in outpatient and home health settings with occasional inpatient coverage.
