Why join us Sophisticated Deal Flow – Work on high-value, complex transactions across asset classes and markets Collaborative Culture – Strong integration across practice groups, particularly between transactional and litigation teams Growth-Oriented Platform – Opportunity to build and expand your practice with support from firm leadership Client-Facing Role – Meaningful exposure to clients and direct involvement in deal strategy Long-Term Career Path – Clear runway for advancement and leadership within the firm Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead and support transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, and development of commercial real estate assets Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, and zoning analyses Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase agreements, leases, easements, and financing documents Advise clients on asset management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance matters Handle lease negotiations, including preparation of estoppels and SNDAs Collaborate across teams to resolve transactional issues and support broader client needs Stay informed on market trends and legal developments impacting commercial real estate Develop creative, business-oriented solutions for clients Qualifications 6–15 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting Strong knowledge of title and survey review, estoppels, SNDAs, easements, and related documentation Proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in Washington Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and client-service mindset Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment What We’re Looking For A proactive, solutions-oriented attorney with strong professional judgment Someone interested in building and growing a long‑term practice A collaborative team player who values internal relationships and cross-practice synergy A clear communicator who can manage client expectations and internal coordination effectively An adaptable thinker who thrives in fast‑paced deal environments A positive, approachable professional who contributes to a strong firm culture Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
