Job Description
State Law Firm, APC is seeking an experienced Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage our digital presence and support client outreach in the Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation space. This role focuses on creating compliant, engaging content that helps injured individuals connect with the legal support they need.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor engagement and maintain a professional, empathetic brand voice.
- Produce graphics, short-form videos, attorney spotlights, and educational PI/WC content.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Support email marketing, newsletters, and client education materials.
- Assist with website updates, SEO content, and landing pages.
- Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and outreach efforts.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with California State Bar advertising rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of marketing or social media experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency with major social platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Photography/videography experience.
- Submission of work/ link of portfolio
