Transportation Supervisor 

Description – Pay will be discussed during interview 

This position will provide a first point of contact for drivers based out of this specific region. Key Responsibilities 

• Helping drivers with day to day issues

• Conducting weekly meetings with drivers to address issues, questions, & concerns

• Aiding in the recruiting / hiring process

• Covering routes / shuttles when needed due to call offs or openings

• Accurately logging PO’s, call offs, and pay issues

• Navigate and handle any customer issues that might arise

• Oversee equipment maintenance, appearance, and cleanliness

• Communicate with 3rd party vendors to ensure timeliness of repairs and maintenance

Job Requirements 

• 1 year & 50,000 verifiable miles driving a tractor trailer

• CDL Class A driver’s license 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Strong leadership skills

• Microsoft Office skills

• Routing experience or extensive knowledge there of
