This position offers a straightforward pay structure, modern fleet equipment, and a 100% no-touch freight policy. Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch; roughly 60% consists of Drop & Hook. Equipment: 2021 or newer Kenworth and Freightliner models. Route Policy: No forced dispatch to New York City. Compensation & Incentives Base Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Experience-based). Weekly Gross: $1,300 – $1,500 (Top earners reach $1,750+ ). Sign-On: $2,000 Total ($500 paid after the initial load).
