Strategic Litigation Counsel — Privacy & Investigations

Roku is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Litigation to join our Legal team. This role owns Roku’s non-IP litigation portfolio—consumer class actions, commercial disputes, and government investigations—with a focus on privacy‑related matters across devices, streaming, and ads. You will lead disputes end‑to‑end, shape strategy, supervise outside counsel, and decide when to fight, settle, or escape.
