Mid Level Associate - Corporate M&A (Atlanta / Other)

Corporate M&A Associate Kilpatrick is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with at least 3 years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a mid‑to‑large law firm. The associate will support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals—and will draft M&A transaction documents, manage corporate due diligence projects, and help advance complex transactions to closing. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Experience in M&A transactions. Ability to support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals. Drafting M&A transaction documents. Experience with corporate due diligence projects. Managing complex transactions to closing. Familiarity with corporate governance principles. Familiarity with federal securities laws. Excellent academic credentials. Candidate can be based in either the Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC, or New York office.
