We run multi‑client operations across receiving, storage, pick & pack, and shipping, powered by the ShipHero warehouse management system. Our fulfillment team is the engine that gets every order out the door accurately and on time. Role Summary The Fulfillment Specialist is a hands‑on warehouse role responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment across our client accounts. Working within the ShipHero WMS, you’ll move orders from the pick line to the shipping dock while meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets. You’ll also support receiving, restocking, and inventory tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on pick‑and‑pack experience who takes pride in getting every order right. Key Responsibilities Pick orders accurately using ShipHero WMS, scanning items and verifying quantities against each order. Pack orders securely with appropriate boxes, dunnage, and packing materials to prevent damage in transit. Verify order contents, weights, and shipping labels before handing off to the shipping station. Generate and apply shipping labels, selecting the correct carrier and service per client requirements. Meet or exceed daily productivity targets (units/orders per hour) while maintaining order accuracy standards. Follow each client’s specific packing instructions, kitting requirements, and special handling notes. Support receiving and putaway: unloading, counting, inspecting, and stocking inbound inventory. Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks, flagging discrepancies to a supervisor. Keep the work area, pick paths, and packing stations clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. Follow all safety procedures and proper material‑handling and equipment practices. Communicate inventory shortages, damaged goods, or order issues promptly to the team lead or supervisor. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a pick and pack or order fulfillment role. At least 1 year of experience in the fulfillment, warehouse, or 3PL industry. Comfortable using a handheld scanner and a warehouse management system (WMS). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet daily productivity goals. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout a shift. Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime during peak periods. Basic reading, counting, and English communication skills for following instructions and labels. Preferred (Nice to Have) Hands‑on experience with the ShipHero WMS. Experience in a multi‑client 3PL or high‑volume ecommerce fulfillment environment. Familiarity with carrier shipping software and label generation (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Experience with kitting, bundling, or value‑added services (VAS). Forklift or pallet‑jack certification.
