Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to develop and oversee a Pediatric OT Program serving children ages 0–18 with various diagnoses. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive OT program within a multidisciplinary setting, including the potential to hire and supervise OTAs.Responsibilities:Manage and grow the OT program and maintain a caseloadConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy and therapeutic interventionsSupport clients in improving daily living, sensory-motor, and functional skillsCollaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team membersProvide training and support to staffMaintain accurate documentation and track client progressQualifications:Active Colorado OT LicensePreferred: 2+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, including autismPreferred: Experience supervising or training staffBenefits:All work hours paid at the same rate (billable, non-billable, training)Flexible, self-set schedulePaid ongoing trainingMedical, Dental, Vision (75% employer-paid medical premium)3% retirement contribution (no employee contribution required)Life insurance (100% employer paid)Paid leave (full-time and part-time)Free on-site childcareLeadership and program development opportunities
