Paralegal (SID/Corporate)

Overview Croker Huck Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to support our Sanitary and Improvement District (SID) and corporate practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys in SID and corporate matters Assist with SID formation, governance, financing, and infrastructure projects Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and official records Coordinate with attorneys, board members, developers, engineers, accountants, and municipal advisors Support corporate entity formation, filings, and ongoing compliance Maintain corporate records and assist with federal and state filing requirements Manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously Perform administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience or relevant education Experience in corporate, real estate, municipal, or public finance law preferred Strong organizational, drafting, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Plan/Profit Sharing Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life/AD&D Insurance Long Term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program Parking Fitness Center Why Join Croker Huck?
