The Registered Nurse will work with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based patient care, positive patient care experiences and quality outcomes in the professional nursing practice environment.RequirementsEducation and Work Experience:Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam. BSN PreferredMust obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.Must possess 1 year of current clinical experienceCertification Requirements:Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hireSpecialty Certifications:McAuley Surgery Center - ACLS within 1 year of hire or 6 months of promotionLicense Requirements:Registered Nurse LicenseMin USD $38.58/Hr.Max USD $69.44/Hr.Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
