The Role: We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our South Louisiana team. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for managed IT and cybersecurity services. This role involves building relationships with key decision‑makers, understanding client needs, presenting tailored IT solutions, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a strong understanding of technology services, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. What You’ll Do: Prospect & Close Deals: Find and close new business opportunities, and expand relationships with existing clients Understand Client Needs: Learn their pain points and position our IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to meet them Build Long‑Term Relationships: Be the go‑to advisor for clients who value fast, friendly, and reliable support Stay Sharp: Keep up with our solutions so you can clearly explain their value and impact Collaborate Internally: Work with our technical team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction Track & Report: Manage your pipeline, follow up on leads, and report activity to leadership What We’re Looking For: 3+ year of sales experience (IT or cybersecurity is a bonus) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and hungry to win Comfortable presenting solutions and leading sales conversations Based in or near Lake Charles, LA or along I‑10 Corridor Ability to travel locally to meet clients when needed Why work for our client?
