Responsibilities Owns delivering global P&L commitments Directly manages US P&L Lead the cross functional brand leadership team to deliver annual brand goals Be the steward of the global brand positioning Lead development of the short and long term global brand strategy Approve brand pricing strategy recommendations created by Brand Finance Requirements A four-year college degree, MBA preferred 14+ years of brand management experience Proven ability in talent management Prior experience leading teams and coaching for continued growth and success Experience growing brands in an eCommerce channel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in brand management with a focus on global P&L accountability, strategic brand positioning, and eCommerce growth. Proven leadership in talent management and team development to achieve brand goals.
