Job Summary
Pharmacist Inpatient in Fort Bragg, CA This role involves verifying and filling medication orders, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing drug information, and ensuring medication safety. The position supports clinical pharmacy services within a critical access hospital setting, focusing on delivering safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication management.

Job Details

• Position Description: Verify and fill medication orders, monitor therapies, provide drug information, identify safety hazards, document interactions, and supervise support personnel.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of school of pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred; pharmacist license in the state of practice required; BLS certification required; Epic experience required. Additionally, candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience and be able to work in Fort Bragg, CA.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with overnight on call from 6:00 PM to 7:30 AM7 days on, 7 days off.
• Additional Information: Processes, enters, verifies, and distributes medication orders timely and in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Ensures optimal medication therapy, participates in clinical rounds, and collaborates on process improvements. Compliance with vaccination requirements and E-Verify is mandated.
