Location: 3030 Main Ave – Fargo, North Dakota 58103 Salary: $22/hr. Schedule: 5‑day workweek (Saturdays and one weekday off). Sunday: 9 AM – Finish (9–10 hours). Monday–Friday: 10 AM – Finish (9–10 hours). POSITION SUMMARY This role is responsible for completing orders by selecting products from warehouse racks and assembling, palletizing, and/or shrink‑wrapping products/pallets for customer orders. An Order Selector may be required to use a variety of powered industrial equipment and may work in dry or cooled product areas, including refrigerated and freezer compartments. WHAT YOU'LL DO Locate and lift cases, boxes, bags, and/or pallets of dry groceries, frozen foods, dairy products, produce, poultry, fish, beef, pork, and related products in specific quantities for delivery to customers using order sheets or an audio headset. Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., single and double pallet jacks). Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including conducting inspections of powered industrial equipment using a safety checklist. Report damaged products, quality issues, and out‑of‑stock/low‑volume items. Utilize proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety and prevent damage. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. WHAT YOU'LL NEED High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior order selecting experience preferred. Prior experience operating power industrial equipment preferred. Ability to perform assigned tasks accurately while meeting production standards in a fast‑paced warehouse operation. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures. Ability to work in multi‑temperature areas as assigned (e.g., freezer, coolers, dry conditions). Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must frequently sit, walk, stand, and use hands to handle, grasp, and twist objects, tools, or controls; must use both feet for repetitive movements such as operating foot controls. Must lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed and work in conditions with temperature and humidity variations.
