Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry Location Ohio Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical Telemetry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Med/Surg Telemetry and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Monitor and manage patients' telemetry needs. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months recent Medical Surgical Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months permanent experience in MS/Tele prior to travel. Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand required. Current American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start.
