Join our team! We are hiring for the role of Partnership Coordinator in the Parks and Recreation Department. Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F and/or evenings/weekends as assigned. Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships that directly benefit Parks and Recreation programs, events, facilities, golf, and initiatives.
• Develop and implement partnerships through completion. Prepare agreements, negotiate terms, and monitor approved sponsorships.
• Source grant opportunities and write grant proposals.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Division to write, edit, and design sponsorship materials and campaigns, reports, and press releases.
• Assist in preparing annual budget.
• Develop and maintain volunteer partnerships. Collaborate with the Parks Foundation and other City departments to align efforts and priorities.
• Represent Department at various meetings. Maintain data and prepare reports and briefings.

Health Insurance Benefits: The City of Noblesville pays 80% of the medical, dental, and vision premiums for full-time city employees. Insurance premiums are deducted over 24 pays per year. Medical, dental, and vision plans include co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums. Employee Healthcare Clinic: Full-time employees have access to a Health and Wellness Clinic which provides many health and wellness services for employees and dependents on the city's medical healthcare plan. Many of the services provided are those you would expect to receive from a family physician. The clinic also provides generic prescriptions and clinical lab testing. All services provided at the Health and Wellness Clinic are provided at no cost to the employee.

Dental: Preventative services paid at 100% Basic services paid at 80% ($50 deductible) Major services paid at 50% ($50 deductible) (A $50 deductible applies to Basic and Major services)

Vision: Routine Eye Exam: $0 co-pay (In-Network) Hardware: Up to $600 Annually Frames, Glasses lenses, Contacts, 20% discount for out-of-pocket expenses Safety Glasses: Up to $300 for safety glasses through Blue View Vision Network providers.

Wellness: Onsite fitness facility available 24/7 to employees and spouses at no cost.

Section 125 - Flex Spending Accounts: Flex Spending enables you to reimburse yourself for an un-reimbursed health care or dependent care expenses using pre-taxed payroll deducted dollars.

Life Insurance: Employees are provided a city paid life insurance policy in the amount of $50,000.

Deferred Compensation: Employees are eligible to participate in the deferred compensation program. The city will match a percentage of contributions up to $3,000 annually.

Longevity Benefits: Longevity pay is paid in the amount of $120 for each calendar year of service, not to exceed twenty (20) years.

Time Off Benefits:

Sick Time: City employees earn seven (7) hours of sick time each month.

Float Days: City employees receive five (5) float days per year, which may be used as vacation days.
