The Opportunity We're looking for a Performance Coach who brings both credentials and charisma someone who lives for the energy of the room, commands respect through knowledge, and connects with people effortlessly. This is the perfect role for a Type-A, outgoing, people-first coach who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-driven environment.

• Lead dynamic group training sessions and personal training for youth, adults, and teams.
• Foster a positive, high-energy, motivating environment every single session.
• Modify programs to meet each athlete's goals, strengths, and limitations.
• Teach proper form, movement, and safety with precision.
• Build deep relationships know every athlete's goals and help them crush them.
• Provide ongoing education and accountability in strength, speed, and nutrition.
• Contribute to a culture that prizes excellence, community, and results.

What You Bring

• A magnetic, "can't fake it" presence you light up the room and inspire others to perform.
• Passion for fitness, performance, and changing lives.
• NCCA-accredited certification required (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience coaching group, personal, or team training.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to command a room of athletes.
