Certified Nursing Assistant We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant who is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment. This role provides direct, hands-on care and support to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility within the Veterans Care Center. This role assists residents with activities of daily living, promotes comfort and safety, and supports the nursing team by observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions. Why Join Us? Minimum Qualifications: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, turning, and assisting residents with mobility. Basic knowledge of personal care practices, infection control, and safety procedures. Knowledge of long-term care practices, resident rights, and basic nursing procedures. Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately. Ability to observe and report changes in resident condition promptly and clearly. Ability to document care activities clearly, accurately, and in compliance with facility standards.
