Position Summary

As a Bakery Assistant, you'll support our Bakers throughout the daily production process by preparing ingredients, maintaining an organized workspace, and helping ensure every product meets Lynnko's quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys baking, is eager to learn, and wants to build a long-term career in artisan baking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ingredient prep, weighing and scaling, and dough production
• Support dividing and shaping dough throughout the production process
• Package, label, and stage products and customer orders
• Support Bakers throughout daily production by preparing ingredients, maintaining an organized workspace, and assisting wherever needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas, including washing containers, trays, sheet pans, and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Baking experience preferred, with paid training provided to help you keep growing
• Eager to learn, hardworking, a fast learner, and looking to grow long term
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and available for early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• California Food Handler Card preferred, or willing to obtain one after hire within the required time
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
