On-Site Community Manager - Housing & Operations Leader
EVERABODE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT I LLC
Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a manufactured housing community in Missouri. You’ll manage staff, ensure resident satisfaction, and work to maximize occupancy and revenue, while maintaining safety and compliance with policies. This fully on-site role requires regular inspections, budgeting, vendor coordination, and strong customer service.
