A global multinational biotech/MedTech space is adding a Senior Clinical Marketer to their global marketing team. Their portfolio of products includes first-in-class diagnostic testing products used in hospitals, ERs and urgent care settings to identify significant, life-threatening conditions. The game-changing revolutionary products feature hardware and software elements and significantly reduce time to assess and diagnose patient conditions.

This is the first product of its kind, meets a significant unmet patient need and is a flagship product in the industry and in the company with c-suite attention.

The Opportunity:

In this newly created Sr. Clinical Marketing Manager role, you’ll evaluate clinical data and develop strategies to drive adoption for these disruptive products. The products require new clinical workflows in the emergency medicine and urgent care settings, so they need a marketer who deeply understands clinical workflows. You’ll leverage both your previous marketing experience and your frontline clinical experience. This is an ideal fit for an RN or MD who has moved into a marketing position, it offers high visibility within the industry and company and strong career development opportunities.

This role directly impacts global product positioning, branding and messaging as you create impactful strategies and drive adoption for the portfolio. You will work closely with global KOLs and customers to map workflows and discover opportunities and potential barriers for this disruptive, high-growth product portfolio. You will evaluate a growing body of clinical data to ensure the messaging and positioning highlights clinical benefits with a strong value proposition. You will generate clinical playbooks and sales enablement tools highlighting data-driven consultative selling tools that demonstrate both clinical and economic value. You’ll work closely with KOLs and lead advisory boards as well as lead sales trainings and meetings. You’ll work closely with the Medical Affairs team on future clinical strategies. You’ll also work in cross-functional teams with marketing, sales, medical affairs, regulatory and other departments. Travis is estimated at 40% and includes both global travel and routine in-office travel to the East Coast HQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in the Biotech/MedTech industry
• 2+ yrs clinical experience as a nurse, medical doctor or other frontline clincial health care provider
• Experience with clinical marketing, KOLs and advisory boards
• Previous experience in emergency medicine or urgent care is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Medical Doctor degree or similar

This position is fully remote from any US location. The compensation package is generous, offering a competitive base salary, annual target bonus and equity package.
