Duration: 6 months

Role: Senior Program Manager

Lead large-scale enterprise programs within the utilities domain
Act as a senior program manager overseeing multiple projects and workstreams
Drive delivery of smart metering and utility transformation initiatives
Manage cross-functional teams across business, IT, and vendor organizations
Ensure alignment of program goals with business strategy and regulatory requirements
Oversee governance, risk, and dependency management across programs
Engage with executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making
Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners
Implement Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Ensure successful end-to-end program execution within timelines and budget

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale enterprise programs in the utilities sector
Define program roadmap, milestones, and delivery strategy
Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation processes
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate across multiple teams including IT, operations, billing, and customer service
Manage smart metering program components including deployment and integration
Drive stakeholder communication at executive and operational levels
Ensure vendor performance, contract compliance, and deliverables tracking
Implement Agile or hybrid methodologies for program execution
Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with utility standards
Lead program reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills:

PMP certification with strong program and project management expertise
Deep knowledge of utilities domain (metering, billing, customer service)
Experience in large-scale, multi-year enterprise program delivery
Strong governance, risk, and dependency management skills
Experience with smart metering systems and components
Expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
Experience managing vendors and third-party partners
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage complex cross-functional environments
