Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional statuses through standardized tools and client interviews. \n
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client, consistently monitoring their progress. \n
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques to suit different client needs. \n
- Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing techniques such as de-escalation and immediate coping strategies. \n
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, progress, and treatment details in alignment with legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality. \n
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, for coordinated and holistic client care. \n
- Continuously update and enhance clinical knowledge by integrating current research and best practices into therapeutic methodologies. \n
- Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights and enhance clinical skills across the team. \n
- Adhere to professional guidelines and ethical standards as stipulated by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW). \n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening. \n
