Employee Merchandise Discount – Enjoy Sea Bags products at a special rate, because we love treating our team!The Impact You'll HaveProvide exceptional customer service while sharing the Sea Bags brand story.Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.Direct and support daily store operations, including sales transactions and merchandising.Work collaboratively to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.Lead and support the team in achieving sales goals while maintaining Sea Bags brand standards.Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store presentation to ensure the location is organized, well-stocked, and on brand.Train and coach employees on company policies, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer experience.Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and leadership.What We're Looking ForA customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with people.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details.Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).A team player with a can-do attitude who's willing to jump in and support as needed.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.Work Location: In person – Chestnut Hill, MAAt Sea Bags, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
