- # Lead Project Controls Scheduler - Primoris Energy Services - Independence, MissouriApplylocations: Missouritime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR101328**Job Overview:**Job Summary:\*\* The Lead Project Controls Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for Primoris Energy Services projects in Independence, Missouri. This role ensures projects are completed on time and within budget through meticulous scheduling and progress tracking. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other relevant scheduling software for all phases of energy service projects (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning). \* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to gather necessary schedule input and ensure alignment. \* Perform critical path analysis, identify potential schedule risks, and develop mitigation strategies. \* Monitor project progress against baselines, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. \* Prepare and present regular schedule updates, progress reports, and forecasts to project stakeholders and senior management. \* Facilitate schedule review meetings and workshops to ensure all team members understand project timelines and their responsibilities. \* Develop and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity definitions. \* Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts of changes or delays. \* Support claims analysis and dispute resolution by providing accurate and detailed schedule information. \* Ensure adherence to company scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices. \* Mentor and provide guidance to junior schedulers or project controls personnel.
