• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Utilize company-provided training and mentorship to continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the buying or selling process.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.

• Willingness to learn and adapt, using company-provided training and mentorship to enhance your real estate knowledge.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared marketing strategies and client solutions.

• Strong negotiation skills, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining positive relationships.
