Award-Winning Community Health System Seeks General Cardiologist to Join the Team in Pennsylvania

Hospital is a non-profit community hospital providing high-quality outpatient and inpatient care. Serving over 100,000 residents across five Counties, the hospital offers comprehensive services, including a growing Heart & Vascular Center, interventional cardiology, cardiac diagnostics, cardiac rehabilitation, and specialty care. There are currently 2 general cardiologist, 2 interventional cardiologist, and 2 APP's on the team.

Position: Duties are to perform comprehensive cardiovascular evaluation, diagnosis, and treatments for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions Interpret and manage ECGs, stress test, echo, Holter monitors, PET, and other cardiac diagnostic studies 5-day work week divided by procedure days and clinic inpatient care days There is zero call for this position, Interventional Cardiologist take the call Huge referral network, little competition, and the ability to do very well here Physician-led culture with accessible executive leadership

Offering: Salaried position, $500,000 - $575,000 with opportunity to bonus based on wRVUs Current providers earning 120% of wRVUs goal on average, and still increasing (42% increase in total patient visits at cath lab YoY) Sign on bonus, relocation, comprehensive benefits, retirement match, CME allowance and more PSLF eligible employer for student loan
