This role provides an opportunity to leverage strong analytical skills to solve complex business problems across multiple functional areas, while also providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and applications to support client requirements. This role is critical in driving significant enhancements and streamlining processes that shorten time-to-market for our products.The Business Systems Analyst on the Voice Channel Product Team will manage the intake of business requests and partner with Business, Product and Technology to research and resolve complex system and data issues, translate business needs into technical solutions, document requirements and user stories, develop functional systems documentation, build key relationships with stakeholders, and communicate with partners.What you haveTo ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.Required:3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, collaborating with business and technical teams to understand requirements.Proficiency in writing business and technical documentation (requirements, use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, activity diagrams, wireframes, etc.).Proficiency in working with data and familiarity with database structures and concepts. Experience in impact analysis and understanding data changes in upstream/downstream systems.Ability to analyze data, data flows, and generate data mappings to provide business solutions.Experience with Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog refinement. Experience contributing to the development and delivery of executive-level presentations.Ability to grasp complex concepts and large architectures quickly, including new technologies.
