What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll help customers through one of their biggest purchasing decisions while building relationships that keep them coming back to D’Orazio Ford.

You will:

• Welcome customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Build relationships by asking the right questions, listening, and providing an exceptional customer experience
• Present Ford vehicles, technology, features, options, and benefits with confidence
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with customers and prospects to develop long-term relationships and future business
• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals
• Stay current on products, inventory, incentives, and available programs
• Continually evaluate your performance and look for opportunities to improve
• Work collaboratively with our sales and management teams to deliver an outstanding buying experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Outgoing, professional, and comfortable working with people
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers and opportunities
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
