Pediatrician
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our outpatient clinic team. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our young patients and contributing to the continuous improvement of our clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and development assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Participate in the evaluation and improvement of clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and promote best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in outpatient pediatric care preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
