Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Franklin, KY .


Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Location: Franklin, KY
Coverage Area: Simpson County and Warren County
Job Type: Local contract [Travel contracts are also available if you reside more than 50 miles from the specified location]
Contract Length: 13+ Weeks (Possibility to Extend)
Local Pay Range: $52.00 - $55.00/hour (W-2) Plus Mileage reimbursement
Mileage Reimbursement Rate: $0.48/ mile
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education


Duties:

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals.
• Supervises care provided by home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses, provides instruction, and assigns tasks according to State and federal regulations.
• Provides required supervisory visits.

Requirements:

• License(s): Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
• Certification(s): Current CPR Certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• Years of experience: 1+ years of Home Health experience
