Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an entry-level Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations and process improvement initiatives within a growing production environment. This position will play a key role in supporting approximately 17 workstations, assisting with production line expansions, and improving workflow efficiency across multiple shop areas.

Responsibilities

Support daily workstation activities and manufacturing operations.

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assist with safety documentation and process compliance.

Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements.

Support tooling organization and operational efficiency projects.

Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth shop operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or relevant internship experience.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to quickly understand expectations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting is a plus.

Work Environment

Approximately 60% manufacturing floor and 40% office-based work.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Standard 40-hour work week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO). Eligible employees may also receive an annual bonus based on company performance.
