What You'll Be Doing

As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the daily operations of our store. Your leadership and organizational skills will help ensure everything runs like clockwork. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Overseeing store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Leading and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Handling scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Trade shifts with or cover shifts for employees who can not make their shifts

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
