Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time

Casey & Greenup, IL
$27–$30/hour

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents to improve independence and functional ability in a supportive rehab setting.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and self-care tasks
• Lead exercises focused on coordination, strength, and fine motor skills
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
