Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Chiropractor (DC) to join the Airrosti team in Kerrville, TX. The Chiropractor will focus on evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries using an evidence-based treatment model.

The role emphasizes hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, allowing providers to focus on patient care without the administrative responsibilities of running a private practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and soft tissue treatment.
• Develop and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the company's EMR.
• Collaborate with other Chiropractors and Physical Therapists.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree or currently in the process of obtaining a DC degree.
• Active Chiropractic license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence.
• Exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength.
• Genuine interest in soft tissue work and rehabilitation.
• Experience with ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred.
• 2+ years of full-time Chiropractor experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $72,000-$100,000+ first year for DCs with 0-5 years of experience.
• $90,000-$120,000+ first year for DCs with 5+ years of experience.
