Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Benefits: Highly competitive pay rates Flexible schedules, approx 30 hours a week Paid training and certification assistance Online RBT training and supervision Ongoing professional development and mentorship Referral bonuses 401(k) with company match Clinical liability coverage (as applicable) Additional Full-Time Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-paid holidays Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA Collect and report data on target behaviors Participate in behavior management programming Support families with modeling and caregiver training Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule: Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications: Must have an RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus) Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children Must pass a background check Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance Willingness to travel to assigned client homes #J-18808-Ljbffr
