Work-Life Balance 4-day work week Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Enjoy three-day weekends every week Stable, full-time schedule Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Quarterly performance bonuses Half-paid employee health insurance Paid Aflac policy Retirement plan with 3% company match Paid vacation Paid holidays Career Development Hands-on training with experienced leadership Direct mentorship from the General Manager Opportunities for long‑term growth and advancement Supportive and team‑focused work environment What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a professional, positive service experience Schedule service appointments and coordinate shop workflow Create and communicate repair estimates Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs in customer-friendly language Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion Monitor work progress and update customers on repair status Process invoices and collect payments Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records Help keep daily shop operations organized and running smoothly What We’re Looking For Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Representative, or similar role Diesel, truck, automotive, agricultural equipment, or mechanical industry experience is a plus Experience working in a repair shop environment preferred Skills & Attributes Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, service software, and digital communication tools Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Professional attitude and positive team mindset Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, keeping projects organized, and ensuring that repairs move efficiently through the shop.
