IT Support Specialist

Arena Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Install and configure computer systems and software Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Perform regular backups and data recovery Assist with the implementation of new technology and software Train employees on basic computer and software usage Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment and supplies Maintain documentation and records of technical issues and resolutions Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.
