Position: RN or LPN Unit Manager

As a Unit Manager, you'll oversee clinical operations for your assigned unit, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. You'll collaborate with physicians, lead nursing staff, and play a key role in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor residents' conditions
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Administer treatments and medications per the physician's orders
• Ensure accurate documentation and charting
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and family members

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN License in the State of Georgia
• Active CPR certification (required)
• Experience in Rehab, Short-Term Care, or Long-Term Care preferred
• Infection Control knowledge is a plus
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a supervisory role
