Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: Department/Division: FacilitiesReports to: Operations ManagerLocation: Wichita, KSPosition Type/Hours: Choose an item. | M-F | 8:00a – 5:00pShift: 1stOvertime: As RequiredTravel Requirement: Regional travel requiredFLSA Status: Non-Exempt The Facilities Maintenance Tech provides general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring and servicing of multiple offices/facilities in Kansas and the various equipment within. The ideal candidate will also possess some light IT skills to help troubleshooting and administering minor IT needs within the company. ResponsibilitiesPerforms or supervises maintenance repair work, alterations, remodeling, minor constructionCoordinates use of specialty contractors as circumstances indicate, upon Operations approvalRespond to all facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective actionPerforms all scheduled maintenance checks and inspections of building structures and equipment and keeps appropriate records.Performs manual duties as requested (i.e., moving supplies or furniture, replacing light bulbs, removing trash or scrap material).Maintains a thorough working knowledge of all facility systems and the physical building.Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipmentIMPORTANT INFORMATIONWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
