Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring a full-time, salaried Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our two Manhattan offices and remote work. This is a full time, W2 role with great benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community.

You must already hold an active, clear New York license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. We are unable to accept candidates still working toward licensure at this time.

What you will do:

• Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth. 

• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. 

• Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation. 

• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation. 

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.

What we offer:

• A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on license, plus a performance bonus opportunity.

Qualifications:

• An active and clear New York license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT (must be fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)

• A master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy. 

• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.

• Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.

• Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients. 

• A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care. 

• Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.
