About the Role

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for the beginning of the school year in the greater Salem, OR area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($35-40/hour)

What You'll Do

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting

• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams

• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills

• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon SLPA License

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
