Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available About the Position We are hiring Quality Inspectors for manufacturing facilities throughout Indiana. These positions are responsible for inspecting parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong production backgrounds and good attention to detail are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Inspect manufactured parts and products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies Perform visual and dimensional inspections Use basic measuring and inspection tools as required Compare parts against specifications, samples, drawings, or work instructions Identify and separate defective or non-conforming products Record inspection results and production information accurately Complete quality documentation and reports Perform rework or sorting activities when necessary Communicate quality concerns to supervisors or production personnel Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures Assist with containment and inspection projects as needed Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining accuracy Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Ability to read and understand basic measurements and specifications Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable candidates who take pride in producing quality work.
