GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll DoIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.Key Responsibilities:Led end-of-life (EOL) component qualification activities, developing and executing test plans to ensure form, fit, and function equivalency while maintaining product reliability and compliance.Skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for system-level challenges in a production environment. Conduct failure analysis reports and investigations.Work with suppliers to resolve component/yield/part problems in a timely manner and assist purchasing teams in driving supplier quality improvements and cost reductions efforts.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues efficiently.Proven experience in:PCB board/electrical enclosures testing and debugging.Designing and developing fixtures to support productionBOM structuring for multidisciplinary products, submitting, and managing engineering change ordersProcedure writing to document assembly instructions production processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain project timelines and work independently.Knowledgeable and experienced in two or more of the following areas:PC/server build and configuration, HW setups, BIOS configuration.Communication protocols like RS232, Ethernet, and ECAT.Lab equipment: DVM, Megger insulation tester, network analyzer, oscilloscope.ICT fixture design or knowing how to write requirements for PCB board testing.Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel to support customers worldwide.Technical Skills:Manufacturing Software: SAP ERP, OrCAD, AutoCAD, any harness design software.Data Analysis & Reporting: Microsoft Excel (Advanced),VBA Macros ,AI tools.Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge or previous exposure to ISO 9001, Six Sigma (Green Belt), Lean Manufacturing principles, OSHA standards, EPA regulations.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's Degree in related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR Doctorate Degree in related fieldAbout KLAWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
